I actually thought this little cookbook project could be completed in a couple months! Ha! From start to finish it will be well over 3 years.
It’s taken a team of people (including 13 AMAZING contributors – love, love you ladies!; an editing team; recipe testers; and proofreaders just to name a few), huge learning curves on many topics, and plenty of patience and endurance.
